On September 28th, Cindi will be speaking at an event where all the women of the valley are getting together. We’re coming from four different churches and many walks of life.
Our goal? To come together as women of the church, as followers of Christ, to learn to support one another as God intended!
Yes, we will have a chocolate fountain.
I know.
But that’s not all, really it’s not. Our main purpose is to relax, enjoy one another, and learn some things.
For instance, if you’re a woman, have you ever thought that other women were catty, critical, and cruel?
At church it changes a bit to look like disdain and disregard. In the end, those actions make us all feel alone.
But we’re not.
We need each other. We need to have each other’s backs. To protect, encourage and lift each one up in prayer, or better yet, offer real-life help to those in a crisis (or who are just plain tired!).
So that’s our goal. To learn to be the part of the body of Christ that God has intended for us.
